The easiest way to see sea lions is to go to a beach in San Cristobal. It is that simple. There is not a single beach in San Cristobal without sea lions.
If you are not going to San Cristobal (which is a mistake), you will have no problem seeing sea lions. There is no need to try and schedule an activity specifically to see sea lions because they are everywhere!
